Last year Japanese students of New York staged several Japanese dramas at International House, New York City, donating the proceeds to found a scholarship to provide for an American student in Japan. The sum of $1500 was made available for this purpose and the scholarship will soon be awarded. Applications for the scholarship will be received from native born Americans, men and women, between the ages of 25 and 35. Inquiries should be addressed before April 1 to the Japanese Brotherhood Scholarship Committee, International House, 500 Riverside Drive, New York city. The award will be made not later than May 1.

The Division of International Law of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace also announces the annual award of fellowships in International Law for the academic year 1926-27. Applications will be received up to March 16, blanks and information being provided by the Committee on International Law Fellowships, 2 Jackson Place, Washington D. C.

The Robert Brookings Graduate School announces George Eastman Fellowships and Consulting Fellowships in Economics and Government. Inquiries for information should be addressed to the Secretary, The Robert Brookings Graduate School, 1724 I (Eye) Street, Washington, D. C.

Twenty fellowships of at least $lOOO each will be awarded by the American-Scandinavian Foundation for study in Scandinavian countries. Applications will be mailed on request to James Creese, Director of Students, The American Scandinavian Foundation, 25 West 45th Street, New York City.
