The annual indoor triangular meet between Dartmouth, Harvard, and Cornell was held in Boston February 26, Harvard winning by a score of 59 points to 30 1/2 for Dartmouth, and 26 1/2 for Cornell.
Glendenning '28 was the high scorer of the meet for Dartmouth, capturing first place in the broad jump, second place in the 300 yard dash, and third place in the 40 yard dash. Haggerty, of Harvard, was the only double winner of the evening. Glehdenning's best performance was in the broad jump when, with a Harvard jumper leading, he leapt 22 feet 43/4 inches to win by 1/8 of an inch.
Wells, of Dartmouth, equalled the world's record of 6 seconds in winning the 45 yard hurdle event.
The varsity's only other winners were Moody, who captured the high jump, and Colladay, who finished ahead of Glendenning in the 300 yard dash.
Dartmouth freshmen finished in first place in both of their events, Cooley taking the 40 yard dash, and the relay team winning handily from Harvard.
Dartmouth track men won six and one-half points in the indoor intercollegiate track and field meet staged in New York March 6. The meet was won by Harvard with Georgetown, defending championship team in second place and Pennsylvania third. The Green team's points were gathered by Moody, who tied with Norton, of Georgetown at 6 feet inches in the high jump, Barker, who tied with Emerson of Georgetown and Corby of Yale, at 12 feet in the pole vault, and Glendenning, who placed fifth in the 70-yard dash.
