John Hinman has recently been appointed manager of the Woodlands Department of the International Paper Company. His headquarters will be at the office of the company in the Pershing Square Building, New York city.

On April 13 Larry Symmes hopped off for six weeks in Europe.

Syd Ruggles has just been appointed joint manager for Bellows Falls and the town of Rockingham, Vermont. For the past few years he has been senior chief of the party in charge of construction and surveys for Mr. E. Worthington, consulting engineer, Dedham, Mass.
