Dartmouth track athletes won all first places in the dual meet with Colgate, excepting in the high jump, which resulted in a tie, and captured all places in three events, the shot put, the hammer throw, and the 220 yard dash, to score 111 points against Colgate's 24, May 21.
Glendinning bettered the college record in the last event by turning in a time of 21 2-5 seconds, and clipping 2-5 of a second from the mark previously held by McCall '27. Wells, running in the low hurdles race equalled the mark of 24 2-5 seconds established by Thomson, and in the high hurdles race finished in 14 2-5 seconds only 2-5 of a second from Thomson's record.
