Your correspondent has watched the team since its formative stages on Labor Day, and although he would not predict another championship season, he feels that there should be good cause for the alumni to beat a tattoo on the streets of Chicago on a certain Saturday evening in November.

MYLES LANE '28 MYLES LANE of football, hockey and baseball fame has signed a contract to play professional hockey with the New York Rangers this winter. Practice has already started for the team in Springfield, Mass. The Rangers' scouts and coaches say that they expect Lane to more than hold his own in Big League hockey. He has been an outstanding college player for three years, and last season captained the Big Green team.
