Chase's History Reprinted

"The History of Dartmouth College and the Town of Hanover" by Frederick Chase, published in 1891, has been out of print for a number of years and copies increasingly difficult to obtain. The demand for this excellent history has also increased correspondingly and to meet the requirements a second edition has been printed by the College and is now ready for distribution. Copies may be ob- tained through the office of the bursar of the College at a cost of $3 and those interested in the early history of the College will find this a welcome opportunity to obtain a valuable publication.

Mention should also be made of the second volume of this history prepared by Professor John K. Lord which can still be obtained from the office of the bursar, also at a cost of $3.

A continuation of this history, but dealing principally with the town of Hanover and likewise from the pen of Professor Lord, is now in press. A more extended announcement will shortly be made of the contents of this book and how it can be obtained.
