The class will have the deepest sympathy for Mr. and Mrs. Davidson on account of the death of their son, Howard, on December 18, as a result of an operation for appendicitis. Those who were at the reunion will recall what an attractive young man he was. He was graduated from Northwestern University in 1926, and was engaged in architectural work, for which he had a decided talent.

A recent letter from Doty brings some vivid descriptions of the flood conditions in Montpelier. "Dote" reports some water in the cellar of his house, but apart from that he personally escaped. His neighbors and friends, however, were heavy sufferers.

W. V. McDuffee has recently been reappointed by Governor Fuller for membership on the Advisory State Board of Education. "Mac" has been on this board for a good many years now, and has rendered valuable and much appreciated service.

Dr. and Mrs. Emerson have deserted the "Vendome" after having made it their winter residence for a good many years. They have recently taken an apartment at 310 Commonwealth Ave. Billy's office is still at 270 Commonwealth.
