Dartmouth 8—M. I. T. 5

The Dartmouth fencing team defeated M. I. T. February 25 at Hanover by the score of 8-5. The Green swordsmen showed marked improvement in the foils, winning five of the nine bouts from the visitors who are very strong in this department. Capt. Cetrulo, overcoming three opponents with the foils and two with the sabres, contributed the major portion of the Dartmouth score, while Capt. Harris and Ferre excelled for M. I. T.

Dartmouth 6—B. U. 3

The Dartmouth fencing team kept its season record clean, when it defeated Boston University 6to 3 in the Alumni Gym, March 3. Only foil bouts were held, the sabres being cancelled by mutual consent.

Capt. Cetrulo of the Green was the outstanding man of the meet, winning all three of his matches. Berger won two bouts for Dartmouth.
