The annual town meeting resulted in the passing of a measure to erect a Municipal Service Building on South Main Street and the election of all incumbents.

Professor J. P. Richardson, an acknowledged Hoover man, was elected Republican delegate for the second district of New Hampshire at the presidential primaries held early in March and will attend the Republican national convention in Kansas City. Professor George Lord, who ran for the same position on the Democratic side, was unsuccessful.

The Precinct meeting of Hanover elected Professor Leland Griggs Precinct Commissioner for a term of three years. The defeated candidate, Professor Fred F. Parker, was the incumbent.
