Fletcher Harper Swift of the School of Education, University of California, has been asked to offer courses in the summer session of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and at the close of these sessions he will sail for Europe, where he expects to spend his sabbatical year studying the system of school support in France, Germany, and England.
