The thought just came to me that I will write my copy for the January MAGAZINE in California, for I hope to be under the sunny Western skies until December 15 when the copy is due.
Naturally as the season progresses more and more thought is being given to the Stanford game and the method of approach for that football contest. Dr. Norman Crisp, one of the best coaches at Dartmouth, scouted the Cardinals at Minnesota and brought back reports of their strength. But it is reasonable to expect that Dr. Crisp would not divulge all of the information he picked up that day. The mere fact that Stanford was stopped in a 0-0 game shows that the team can be stopped, but I am not at the point of being optimistic over our little party on November 29.
