And now Spring

So now we turn to Spring and other things. It is yet a far cry from the football season, but nevertheless someone is always asking about that line, that certain backfield candidate or the game with Stanford in the Harvard Stadium. Dartmouth has abandoned the idea of spring practise entirely, after trying it out a couple of seasons ago under undergraduate direction.

On to baseball, and the race for another pennant. Dartmouth has nearly the whole team back again, and the freshmen of last year look good in their early workouts in the cage. The opening game is set for March 28, which will be all over when this issue comes off the press.
