CLASS OF 1916

Saturday, we sneaked up to the annual Dartmouth dinner of the Boston alumni and had a few minutes with the boys at the Copley before we had to rush out to catch the last train for the wilderness of Southern New England.

Cliff, Bill Mott, Snow, Jake Story, Gil Tapley, A. L. Filene, Jack McAuliffe, Bob Steinert, Park Hayden, Bob Burlen, and Jack English were the only Balmacanners present. The chief news of the evening was the coming event in June. You have received the first broadcast. More are coming hot from the press.

For the last five years we have been trying to fill these pages with jottings gathered from the letters received from you birds. The letters have been few and far between. We are not going to ask for any more this spring. In fact, we are going to ask you now not to write so that you all may save the necessary pennies to make the trip to Hanover and Lake Morey in a couple of months. If you haven't got the cash, swipe it and join the procession.
