The death of Dr. Neal Hoskins '99 recalls the colorful personality who entered so zealously as an undergraduate into the celebration of our Tenth Reunion and his admission into the class as an honorary member.
Knight's younger daughter is a student at Columbia University.
Twenty-one men of the eighties met at Boston City Club after the Dartmouth-Harvard game, and enjoyed the usual dinner and social time. There were present Watson '83, who presided, Bayley '85, Judge Snow and Newton of 'B6, Blakey, Gage, Dr. Merrill, his son, Chauncey Merrill, Knight, Junkins, Rice, Prof. Sanborn, and Willey of '87, Cate, Gregory, and Dr. Lougee of '88, Dr. Blakely, Frost, Bartlett, Judge Cutler, and Wellman of '89. Bartlett had spent the summer as usual in Russia, and entertained the men with a talk on present conditions there.
Junkins reports meeting Kittredge and family at the Yale game; he noted also the presence of Carr '84, John French '86, Charlie McCarthy '88, Harry Frost and Reynolds '89.
