Upon application of the General Association of Alumni the several passenger associations of the country have granted the College convention fares for railroad transportation to and from Hanover for the 1932 Commencement. These special rates are equivalent to fare and one-half from any point in the United States and Canada. The process of securing certificates enabling the holders to take advantage of the low fares is not at all complicated in comparison to the certificate plan unsuccessfully tried last year.
Alumni, parents of seniors, and their families may apply to the Office of the Secretary, Hanover, New Hampshire, for certificates which upon presentation to local ticket agents will entitle them to fare and one-half convention rates. Secretaries of reuning classes will also have a supply of certificates which they may issue to accredited applicants.
Under the direction of the Boston & Maine Railroad special service from Chicago, New York, and Boston to Hanover and return will be arranged. Information concerning this will appear in a later issue of the MAGAZINE or may be secured from local ticket agents.
