Rev. Oscar Stewart Michael, who for the past three years has represented the bishop in caring for the American religious work of the Protestant Episcopal church in Austria and Germany, has now definitely retired from that service. He has had much success in straightening out the snarls due to the great war, which, as he writes, has been a curse to religious and economic life everywhere. He is now, and expects to remain for some time, at Wiesbaden, Germany, where his address is Platterstrasse 2.
Secretary, AdAMS, West Townsend, Mass.
