Ed and Edna Hunter sailed the last of March for a trip to the Panama Canal Zone. "Drank Professionally but Court Can't See It.

"Chicago, March 4 (A.P.)

"The wife of Joe Levanauski, a milkman, complained that he has violated an injunction restraining him from molesting her by appearing at her apartment intoxicated.

"In his defense he presented a report from a social worker which quoted his boss as saying, 'Every house almost on Joe's route is a moonshine flat. If he doesn't buy a drink they don't buy his milk, so he has to drink to keep his job.'

"To which Judge Daniel P. Trade listened dutifully. Then he sentenced Joe to six months in jail."

The very best wishes of the class will go out to Lawrence Hardy in his fight for health. Hardy was obliged to give up his work in New York, and is now living in Peacham, Vt., with the hope that the rest and quiet of rural Vermont will bring him back to health and strength.

The funeral of Ben Greer, which was held at the Rosehill Chapel, Evanston, 111., was attended by Dan Trude and Paul Eckstorm, as representatives of the class.
