I am just back from the annual meeting of the Secretaries Association in Hanover. It was the most enjoyable session which I have ever attended, mainly because of the number of '92 men who were there. Of course I counted on seeing Geiger,. Ed Hall, and Rogers, and it was an additional joy when Walter McDuffee and his wife turned up, Mac to represent the Alumni Association of Western Massachusetts. Added to the joy of the visit with these men was the particular pleasure of meeting Mrs. Geiger, who will be a delightful addition to our June party.
Geig and Eke have been hard at work on the reunion plans, and are going to give us a great time. There is every indication that there will be a goodly bunch of the men back and anybody who does not come is going to miss a real treat.
Hanover always has something new and interesting for me, and I get in there at least once a year. Think how much there will be to interest you fellows who only get there once in five years.
Incidentally, we had meetings of the Secretaries Association, but the account of these sessions is given in the news section of the MAGAZINE, SO I shall not repeat here.
Geiger has a real job on his hands this year in handling the Alumni Fund. There never was a year when it was more essential that this fund should go over big in order to reduce to the utmost the inevitable deficit which the College faces. Every '92 man will do his best, I am sure.
On my way up to Hanover, I dropped in to see Charlie Noyes but found him where you would expect to find Charlie—out on the job.
