Hay, after a summer spent in the mountains of North Carolina, in Massachusetts and New York, returns to the Berkeley Court Apartments in Charleston, S. C„ where he has established a winter home for several years. * .
Hill returns from Chicago reporting favorably on the annual meeting of the American Library Association. It was his forty-third attendance. He made one visit to the Century of Progress Fair; it was enough.
