Nominating Committee Report

An important item of business was the nomination of an alumni Trustee to succeed William W. Grant '03 whose first term expires in June, 1934. Mr. Grant was elected in June, 1931, to fill the unexpired term of John R. McLane '07 when he became life Trustee. The nominating committee, through its chairman, Mr. Bartlett, recommended that Mr. Grant be nominated to succeed himself.

The committee also reported on the choice of a member of the Athletic Council to fill the vacancy caused by the death of J. T. Gilman '05. P. W. Loudon '14 was the nominee of the committee.

The Council voted to accept the above two nominations.
