Volume one, number one, of the WindsorQuarterly, a magazine of 94 pages,, is just off the press. The volume is published at Hartland Four Corners, Vt., edited by Frederick B. Maxham '29. The first number of this magazine contains a long poem by Mr. Maxham, "Statement of Faith."
Sydney A. Clark '12 is the author of "Germany on $50" published by Robert M. Mcßride and Company. This is the second volume by Mr. Clark in the Fifty Dollars series. The book is very similar to his "France on $50." In Germany, Cologne is used as a center for many interesting trips throughout the German republic. This volume, like its predecessor, seems to be very practical and one that will be used very extensively by the tourist of limited means.
"The Program for the World Economic Conference, the Expert's Agenda and other Documents, with an introduction by James W. Angell" has been published by the World Peace Foundation, Boston. This is in part the work of Edmund E. Day '05, one of the two experts from the United States.
The April number of the Harvard Business Review contains an article by Irvin M. Bettman Jr. '3l, entitled "The Beet Sugar Industry, a Study in Tariff Protection."
The transactions, April-December, 1931, of the Colonial Society of Massachusetts published in 1933, contains an article by the late Rev. Charles F. Robinson '90, and Robin Robinson of the Dartmouth faculty "Three Early Massachusetts Libraries."
