The Secretary is glad to report that George Farley leaves the hospital today for his home in Amherst, after a long hospital siege in Boston. I am glad to report that his eyesight is partially restored.
Walter Sumner recently sent on two large photographs of college life at Dartmouth when 'gBers were undergraduates.
In the very interesting autobiography by Professor Edwin Frost he mentions very feelingly the message of sympathy sent to him by '98 on the night before a Harvard-Dartmouth game in Boston. He also speaks very highly of the work of "Pete" Adams. Every Dartmouth man would find this autobiography by Professor Frost most interesting.
C. E. Sibley always sends the Secretary any clipping that has to do with a member of '98, a very good idea, and I wish that others had the same habit.
Bob Marden certainly selected a very opportune time to spend some time in the Sunny South, as shortly after he went the temperature was 20 below and more in the good city of Lowell.
