Richard C. Plumer announces his resignation from the office of assistant attorney general in charge of the securities division (New Jersey). Dick resumes the general practice of law at the office of Hood, Lafferty, and Campbell, located at 744 Broad St., Newark, N. J.

Bob Belknap is now located at 433 S. 7th St., La Grange, 111.

At the last annual dinner of the Dartmouth Club of Northern New Jersey, held on April 7 at the Essex County Country Club in West Orange, there were present Ed Mitchell, Dick Plumer—presiding as president—and Jim Erwin—THE Honorable being one of the main speakers.

This is one of the times that your Secretary always gives thanks for his job. The most pleasant duty is the attendance at the annual secretaries' convention in Hanover—to be held on May 11 and 12. At that time the various secretaries have the opportunity to compare notes on the various classes. The standard laugh is the ease with which news is obtained from the class members. The class of 1912 hasn't anything to complain about, and we almost hold our own. We haven't seen the statistics as yet, but our guess is that we are about 65,427 words behind the leading column.

Art French—leading insurance expert of Holyoke, Mass., was a recent visitor to New York.
