Giving the varsity eleven something to shoot at, Sid Hazelton's freshman football team ended its season undefeated and untied by defeating the Harvard freshmen, 13 to 7, on November 2. Previous victories had been chalked up by Gordon Clark and his mates over Clark School, Dean Academy and the New Hampshire freshmen.

The Harvard yearlings held a one-touchdown lead at the end of the half, but the Little Green returned to the field to score in each of the last two periods, while holding the Crimson well in check. Jim Allen, fullback, scored both the Dartmouth touchdowns at the end of steady marches, and Gordon Clark added the one extra point.

The Little Green line-up included Judson Foster of Auburn, N. Y., and Jim Parks of Washington, D. C., ends; Vernon Taylor of Indiana, Pa., and Jack Schrage of Chicago, tackles; Gus Zitrides of Manchester, N. H., and Lin Higgins of North Adams, Mass., guards; Otis Mudge of Amesbury, Mass., center; Dick Schumaker of Bellaire, N. Y., quarterback; Gordon Clark of Westfield, Mass., left halfback; Walter Magee of Passaic, N. J., right halfback; and Jim Allen of Montreal, Canada, fullback.
