HORACE PENDER. For a number of years he has been engaged in the practice of law in New York. He now announces a new home and a new office, the former at 58 Pine St., Garden City; the latter at 50 Court St., Brooklyn.

DANA WALLACE. Another removal that has been reported relates to Dana Wallace, a lawyer in Jamaica, N. Y. His residence now is 44 Lowell St., Lynnbrook, L. I.

THEODORE H. BACON combines the pro- fessions of the educator, the minister, and the commercial traveler. He is field agent and general representative for Shurtleff College, Alton, Ill. This denominational college has a wide field of influence, and it, like other colleges in this period of economic stagnation, calls for the services of devoted and able workers. Bacon's address is 603 East 12th St., Alton, Ill.

As the year closes this is a statistical record of 1897 membership. Of the total 130 who at any time were connected with the class, 28 are dead and 3 more have long been reported missing and probably are dead. 99 remain. In this year there have been 4 losses:—Duncklee, O'Brion, Poor, and A. P. Smith.

PAUL CLAY, who was in bad health two years ago, has made a very satisfactory recovery. He is an attorney in Lawrence, with his home in Methuen. Both daughters are married, and both happily live within visiting distance.

MORRIS LULL is still executive vice-president of the Southern Pacific Railroad system, with offices in Houston, Texas. Business fair, health good, courage surpassing, is the satisfactory report.

ANSON W. BROWN, now teaching in a New York private school, spent his Christmas holidays in Leominster, Mass., where since childhood he has maintained his home.

Secretary, State Capitol, Hartford, Conn.
