Either there is no news of any kind, or we have been so busy extending the famous Davis hospitality to old Santa Claus that we have not been able to nose around and dig it up. Spider, who is usually a fine source of thoroughly reliable information, has come through with nothing more exciting than the following: "Dear Jim, where do youwant me to ship the 1919 reunion film?Sincerely, Spider." How can you get any copy out of that? The only other correspondence has been from Jim Bear, Detroit Clearing House expert, who evidently finds clearing a little dull and takes his pen in hand long enough to write: "Dear Jim,when do we get the 1919 reunion film?Sincerely, Jim." We give up.

Dis-donc Chipman, or maybe it was Mildred, phoned the other night and very kindly asked the Davises to break bread with the Chipmans to celebrate Jack Ross' being in town. We were unable to make it, so that leaves that a pretty barren story. Word from Hanover is that Cottie Larmon has been appointed the head of the committee to investigate the current fraternity uneasiness and the whole undergraduate social structure. The whole class will be grieved as were we to learn that George Bingham lost one of his boys sometime around the first of December. It is certain that George has the sympathy of every Nineteener.

The Alumni Records Office sends the following data. Larry Aldrich is now with the Croft Brewing Cos. in Boston and living at 46 Englewood Ave., Boston. Ralph Loring is at the University of Louisville as a teacher and living at 1052 E. Parkway, Louisville, Ky. John Quinn is now addressed at 3844 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio. Henry Wilkinson is found againturned up in Bellingham, Wash. Fred Dixon is reported a minister, residence, Sunnyledge Heath, Mass. Ken Matheson is in Detroit at 8242 Merrill Ave.

Aside from that there is no scrap of news that has come to our attention, except that Spider is on the warpath again for the class fund. This means the Alumni Fund. Apparently we are not much help to him, but we always have to put in our pennysworth.

About one hundred and fifty good old 'i9ers have been carrying the load on the proposition for some time, along with a sweet little pig called Norma. How about some of you other guys kicking through this year? Washington is going to do something magnificent in the way of dole, and we can see no reason why the other 350 19ers can't spare a dime this year. Do it promptly, for Jim Farley is still getting three cents for a stamp.
