Class of 1901

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ward announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Florence Gene Ward, to Dudley Wainwright Orr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin H. Orr of Concord, N. H. Mr. Orr is a graduate of Dartmouth with the class of 1929, and also of the Harvard Law School. The wedding will take place in September.

Mrs. "Eddie" Gibbons has been appointed postmistress at Hingham Center, Mass.

The Dartmouth Alumni Association of Boston held its regular annual banquet at the Copley Plaza Thursday night, March 7, and the head table was graced with the President, "our Hoppy," and with Justice Stanley Qua of the Supreme Judicial Court of the state. At the 1901 table, we noted Chan Cox, Charlie Whelan, Eddie Gibbons, Henry Taylor, Steve Stevens, Ned Calderwood, Pa Rollins, Arthur Sampson, and Ned Warren.

Judge Daniel A. Rollins, for many years chairman of the board of selectmen of Brookline (Mass.), was reelected to that position at a recent meeting of that board. "Pa's" boy, Daniel G., is in his second year at Harvard Law School.
