Now comes another busy season. All's quiet, and then a barrage.

Not many address changes. Dr. John Booth '23 came in with encouragement, and reports Dean P. Otis '09, now a resident of Danbury, home address 21 Smith St., or Phoenix Mutual Cos. Incidentally, Doc's engagement to Miss Mary Gaskill of Shelton, is announced.

The Bridgeport April meeting at Brooklawn featured bowling for diversion, and much discussion of the

Hartford has been on the job in preparation for the annual meeting. Ken Weeks '26, and the executive committee now have assurance that Prexy Hopkins will be with us again this year. The tentative date, set for Thursday, May 23rd, to follow the Secretaries week-end in Hanover, has been changed to Thursday, May 9th, a date best suited to President Hopkins. It seems a certainty that Bob Strong, Earl Blaik, and Sid Hayward will be scheduled. Connecticut is blessed with luck to be able to draw so well from Hanover. No details are available as yet, a bulletin will cover the place, and all the rest of the worries.

In the meanwhile, much work is to be done There is a determined drive afoot to exceed the attendance record of 237 for last year, and it should be so. No less than 300, with possibilities for 400, are in the plans. Hence the problem for a roof, large enough and adjacent to a golf course .... apparently the other clubs are set to support Hartford and Ken Weeks for a banner year Steele Smith '29 reports Waterbury is ready to repeat the grand showing of last year.

. . . . Whit Gowrie '24, is active in New Haven Phil Pelletier '15, reports New Britain in readiness for another full quota Ed Spargo '24 is doing a real job as secretary for Bridgeport. His pep and interest is certain to swing an improved response from Bridgeport We'll see, shortly.
