DARTMOUTH-IN-DIXIE, the Sunny (?) South, or the Land of Cotton, etc., has become quite Hanoverish in many ways—including the weather. We've had tons of snow instead of bales of cotton (no political dig intended) and it has brought those wonderful days in Hanover more vividly back in our thoughts. It was great fun while it lasted and we got a big kick out of it even though most of us have been away from Hanover for quite some time and have become a little Crackerish and aren't the virile men of our undergraduate days.

We welcomed two new members to our club at our recent luncheon, Joe Harris '15 and Charlie Stickney '21. Joe isn't really a new member as he was a former president of the club several years ago. We're mighty glad to have him back with us.

We decided to discontinue monthly luncheons from now on and substitute regular monthly stag evenings. We feel that more good will be derived (and evil imbibed) as the out-of-town members will have added opportunities to join in the fellowship. The first evening gathering, of course, will be on Dartmouth Night, Feb. 14.

We adopted a program which we promise will in the future mean a decided increase in the southern population of Dartmouth.
