On April 30 a meeting of the executive committee was called by President Trethaway at the Norwich Inn. Present were Chase, Hallager, Harris, Hayes, Leary, McCulloch,Page, Sistare, Trethaway and Weber. We were joined for lunch by our newest class memberathletic director Josie Harper '47 A. Various items were discussed. In the absence of interest from the College, the class will make every effort to keep widows of classmates informed and involved. In a change of schedule, the mini-reunion scheduled for October 24-26 at the Norwich Inn, will include an open meeting to be held on Friday, October 24, at 10 a.m. The annual dinner will be held following the football game on October 25. The earlier date for the meeting will allow more time for class business and discussion, as well as providing time for leisure activities.
Phil and Margo Booth have returned to Hanover from their retirement home in Maine and are now residents of Kendal.
The sympathy of the class is offered to the families of Paul Carlson, who died on March 23, and Harry Graves, who died on March 11. Our sympathy is also tendered to Alan Hall, whose wife, Merry, passed away on March 22.
This issue is short of news items. We would particularly like to hear from any of the large number of our class members who entered the medical profession.
Keep in touch.
