On the Scholarship Committee are James G. Driscoll 'O9, Chairman; Robert M. Blood 'O6 and William L. Phinney '3l. This committee is the first to function under the Association's new scholarship policy by which the $300.00 annually awarded may be given to one or more recipients selected at large from the entire group of Manchester undergraduates. This is in contrast to the Association's former practice of making a single award of the entire amount each year to one member of the entering class and is considered by the officers to be a much fairer and more satisfactory plan.
