The secretary of the General Association of Alumni, Sidney C. Hayward '26, announces the results of nominations for filling vacancies on the Alumni Council at the expiration of several terms of office on June 30. Nominations closed March 10.

There is only one election contest this year. In the New England district two men are nominated, Dr. Thomas A. Foster '10 of Portland, Maine and William B. Slater '14 of Providence, Rhode Island. Mail ballots will be sent within a month to all graduates of the College of more than three years' standing (who constitute the group eligible to vote) who live in New England. Polls will close June 10. The result of the election will be announced at the Alumni Luncheon, June 12, during Commencement.

In the other districts of the country only one nomination was received in each case and the following men are declared elected to the Alumni Council: District II, Morton B. French '03 of New York City for a second term of three years; District III, William D Knight 'OB of Rockford, III., for a second term of three years; District IV, Luther S. Oakes '99 of Minneapolis for a second term of three years; District V, Allan C. Gottschaldt '18 of Atlanta for a second term of three years; District VI, Dr. Thomas D. Cunningham '13 of Denver for a first term of three years.
