A wedding of interest to this class was that of Mrs. Peggy Sayre, manager of the Hanover Inn, and its gracious hostess for the past ten years, and Andrew Marshall Jr., of Hanover, son of "Andy" Marshall of our class. They will live in Hanover where Mr. Marshall is the owner and operator of the Frozen Food Locker Plant.
Steve Stevens Jr., who has been with the Marines in the South Pacific for the past three and a half years, and wearing four stars on his service ribbon, is now out of the service and at present is in Schenectady carrying on his photographic activities.
Some recent changes in addresses are noted: Dr. Timothy S. Donovan, 66 E. Kingsbridge Rd., New York City; Charlie Kimball, 16 Archer Ave., Mt. Vernon, N. Y.: and Squash Mclntyre, 221 Ridgemede Road, Baltimore, Md.
Forty-fifth Reunion, Hanover, July 26-27-28-29, 1946:
The class will begin to gather Friday morning, July 26, and from then on the fun will run high. We hope you will get there early and stay until Monday. The rooms will be ready after 8 A.M. Friday and can be occupied until 11 A.M. Monday. A family dinner has been arranged for Friday night at the Inn; this will be the first get-together, and is to be followed by our old fashioned picture show, with all the old slides and a lot of new ones. Saturday can be spent as you desire, reuning with old friends, renewing the old days, and roaming about the town, and once more seeing the old familiar places and buildings we knew so well so many years ago.
Saturday evening the Class Dinner will be held in the Hovey Grill and will be scheduled early so that those desiring to attend the dramatic offering at Webster Hall can do so after the dinner. On Sunday we picnic at Oak Hill, very convenient to town and easy of access, so we are told. The rest of the time is yours to do as you wish. We have not scheduled many events as we know you want it that way, thus giving ample time to just have a grand good Reunion with your old classmates. Let us know when you are coming so that we can complete the details and be ready for you. Remember the dates, July 26 to 29.
Recent additions to those coming back in July include Ros and Beulah Bogue all the way from Lansing, Mich., Bill Sykes from Porto Rico, Claude Butterfield, with wife and daughter, Charlie Chase and Fat Crone, and many others.
