George Hill Evans died at the West Somerville Hospital, October 12.

Theodore W. Chase died suddenly at Franconia, October 11. Obituary notices in December MAGAZINE.

Alvah Sleeper spent a weekend with the writer and incidentally acted as organist at the First Congregational Church in his usual finished and pleasing style.

Joe and Madge Gannon were visited at their summer home at Ogunquit, Maine by Warren and Helen Kendall, Dave Parker and family, Willis Hodgkins, Alva Sleeper, Luke Varney, Mrs. Rodney Sanborn, Mrs. Jim Richardson.

The Hobans, George Clark and K. Asakawa visited the World's Fair at New York.

Benezet, after teaching six weeks at the Bates Summer School, with Mrs. Benezet went to the west coast where they visited the San Francisco Fair and met their two sons. Roger returned from Hawaii to San Francisco after a hazardous trip in a small sail boat. He is now located at Los Angeles. The report is that Benezet gave several lectures along the way.

Jim Richardson passed part of his vacation at Camp Elizabeth, Lake Memphremagog, as one of a party of Dartmouth Alumni, faculty and others.

Charlie Donahue and his son made a tour of the Maine Colleges calling on Tony Willard, but failed to locate the writer.

The Dave Parkers were at Newcastle, having a very old house on the river bank. On Sept. 3rd Helen served one of her famous lobster newbergs, and among those present were Warren and Helen Kendall, Blanche Hawkes and the writer.

George Rounds' son was employed during the season by Henry Teague's Mt. Washington Organization.

Cushman visited Jim Richardson one day during his usual vacation at Randolph and received his first lesson in duplicate whist.

The secretary wishes to impress on all the members of the class that letters giving him news items will help very much to make these notes interesting.
