As YOUR SCRIBE PROMISED in last month's notice, I can now give you the names of the boys and gals who attended the picnic on Lee Bausher's ('21) farm in September (see cut).

In the front row we see Frank Tragle '3O, Hank Schnurman '3O, Lee Bausher '2l and his son Jordan, Mrs. Thomas McGrath, Mrs. Carl Erdman, Mrs. Frank Tragle and the Dupont flash "Chick" Chickering '33. Behind Frank Tragle stands Mrs. Schnurman and to her left Mrs. Louis Ekstrom, Mrs. Arthur Zulick, Mrs. Lee Bausher, Mrs. Kenneth Smiley, Mrs. Andrew Marshall, Andy Marshall '22, a guest of Mrs. Tragle, Mrs. James Rick, and way over to the right looking very nonchalant Fred Roller '36. Beginning again on the left behind Mrs. Schnurman and going around the back we see Jim Rick '3l, Ken Smiley 'si, President Art Zulick '18, Mrs. Milton G. Shultz, Tom McGrath '3B, Mrs. H. D. Chickering, Carl Erdman '37, Miss Sally Coburn, and Jack Loose '33.

Not shown on the picture are Miss Kitty Koller and Courtland Young '4l and his two guests.

After a red hot ball game, when everyone was plenty hungry, we struck the highlight of the day. Lee Bausher switched the order your scribe had placed with C. K. Whitner & Cos. and instead of a box lunch we sat down to a very delicious duck dinner. On behalf of all those present I again thank Lee for his generosity. When the clatter of dishes subsided somewhat we were entertained for an hour by a local professional magician who brought out lots of laughs, especially when he pumped milk from Andy Marshall's ('22) elbow.

We hoped to see Bob Ritter 'lB and Mrs. Ritter, Mr. and Mrs. John Young, Bob Simonds '25 and Mrs. Simonds and Ken Simonds '25 with Mrs. Simonds. Unfortunately, they couldn't get there because of unexpected developments at the last minute. We also miss Bill Wyne, who had planned to be on hand. Louis Ekstrom 'l2 wrote that he had to work during the festivities. Mrs. Ekstrom probably told him what a grand time he missed.
