Tri-College Conference

TWENTY-FIVE DARTMOUTH undergraduates have been named as delegates from the College to the third annual Cornell- Dartmouth-Pennsylvania Conference on "Making Democracy Work" to be held at Pennsylvania this spring. Richard F. Bab cock '40, Senior Fellow from Woodstock, Ill., is the student leader of the Dartmouth delegation.

This year's conference will deal with five topics: "The Role of Higher Education in a Democratic Society," "Economic Enterprise in a Democratic Society," "Foreign Policy and the Democratic Society," "Pressure Groups and Propaganda," and "Changing Local-State-Federal Relations."

Dartmouth played host to the conference last year.
