THE ANNUAL MEETING of The Dartmouth Club of Toledo was held on Friday, June 27, 1941 following a bang up good dinner arranged by the Entertainment Committee, at the Carranor Hunt and Polo Club in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Those present were Flickinger, Mauk, Pope, Figley, Wesselmann, Spears, Weis, Davies, Bird, Draper, Daniells, Spetnagel, Bissell, Warner and Koles. Guests were prospective students Belknap, Hewlett and Carroll.

In due time the meeting came to order. The nominating committee presented the following slate:

President—Erwin T. Weis 'so Vice Pres.—George S. Koles '27 Secretary—Wm. H. Pope '22 Treas.—Frederick R. Flickinger n'23

There being no other nominations, the above officers were duly and unanimously elected.

It was decided to have four meetings or functions a year; namely September, December, February or March and June.

President Weis appointed Roy A. Wesselmann as Chairman of the Entertainment Committee.

We had a stag house party at Ted Weis' cottage near Port Clinton, September 13th and 14th. We hope to start the weekly luncheons on Friday, Sept. 19. They will probably be at Hotel Willard.

There was considerable interest in having an informal and regular weekly luncheon for as many as could come.Fri day was the day which seemed most available.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned—to the bar and elsewhere.
