PROFESSOR HARRIMAN AND Dean Olsen were in Hanover, away from their Washington duties, over the week-end of November 2, the former to lecture on the priorities system, the latter to look after School matters.

On November 10, Professor Burleigh spoke to the second-year class on the work of the Civilian Supply division of OPM.

Donald Barr, Assistant Treasurer of the College, has taken over Mr. Harriman's course in Investments for the current semester.

Messrs. Gaa, Sargent and Troxell journey to Springfield, Vermont, each week to teach courses offered to persons working in that industrial area. These courses are conducted as part of the defense training program sponsored by the United States Office of Education which has as its objective assisting persons now employed to qualify for positions of greater responsibility in industries essential to national defense.

Kirt A. Meyer Jr. '31 and Joseph P. Merriam '32, vacationing near Hanover for a week in October, were kind enough to take over the Merchandise Management class for a very enjoyable and informative hour.

William W. Tongue '38 is now teaching accounting and economics at Coe College, Cedar Rapids, lowa, following the completion of his graduate work at the University of Chicago.

Frederick W. Tetzlaff '32 is now with Rohm & Haas Company, manufacturers of chemicals at Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Wilbur M. Jaquith '34 has passed the Massachusetts bar examinations.

Clifford A. Falkenau '41 is in command of a Vehicle Assembly Platoon at Fort Dix. Raymond R. Ammarell '39 is employed by Time, Inc., in the Comptroller's Office. Joseph W. Bishop '37 is now serving as Acting Accountant for the New Hampshire State Public Service.
