Always an easy mark, I've fallen for this from Artie Strong: "Alice and I are leaving for Florida March 4. We go to Clearwater where Alice's sister has a winter home and, with her house as a center, look around for a place to stay until mid April when we start to motor back taking three weeks or more for the trip. Of course 1 won't be in line for picking up much '92 news but, as you will soon be sending out Alumni Fund letters you will be, so it seems to be foreordained that you should send to the ALUMNI MAGAZINE before the ninth of March, April, May, and June (if there is a July number) such items of interest as a kind Providence sends your way." I'm sure we are glad that Artie's health has improved enough to enable him to take this motor trip and wish him and Alice the best of luck.
Sorry about the accident to Mrs. Bliss, also that we could not accept the invitation to visit the Blisses at Calais last summer, for now that they have sold their beautiful summer place at Calais we are not likely to see them soon again.
Had a good visit with Bert Rogers who drove out to "Billaura" a short time ago. Dr. Fred Claggett '94 and Mrs. Claggett of Newport, N. H.» also delighted us by dropping in one afternoon.
As Artie has said, the annual call for contributions to the Alumni Fund will be going out soon when I hope that with the usual response will come more news of the class than is at hand now.
