Among those attending the first Dartmouth party of the Houston, Texas, Dartmouth Club on January 4 was classmate Harrison L. Nichols.

Ted Leggett and the Secretary each received a letter recently from our intrepid missionary classmate C. E. Clark from Gaziantep, Turkey. Mr. and Mrs. Clark's four children are in America—three living in Michigan and one in Santa Ana, California. What consecrated service these two earnest workers in the far off Orient have rendered!

John Moulton sends an interesting letter from Camp San Luis Obispo, California, where he is employed by the government as an Inspection Engineer in building a camp to provide for forty thousand troops.

The Secretary noted in one of the leading Boston daily papers that "Pete" Adams alias Dr. Walter S. Adams, Director of Mount Wilson Observatory has found evidence that the atmospheres of the largest stars are boiling at a terrific pace: All '9B men should have a care to which star they hitch their wagon.

Ted Leggett with his genial smile is announcing a brand new grandson bornFebruary 25th: Daughter Marjorie is themother and the young man's name is JohnAvery Nathans 11.
