Minnesota, North and South Dakota
ALTHOUGH OUR GROUP is officially known as the Dartmouth Alumni Association of the Northwest and includes alumni in North Dakota, South Dakota and part of Canada, the attendance at our meetings is unfortunately usually limited to those from Minnesota. Let this be notice especially to those not living in the immediate vicinity of the Twin Cities that we hope that they will join us whenever possible. We meet for lunch in Minneapolis on the first and third Thursdays of the month at Donaldson's and in St. Paul on the second and fourth Thursdays at the St. Paul Athletic Club.
On September 3rd, our annual picnic was held at Henry Thrall's beautiful farm in the Minnesota River Valley. Owing partly to the large number of men in the service, the attendance was smaller than usual but nevertheless those of us who were able to make it had a grand time. The following were present:
