COURTLAND YOUNG '41 is BACK in Hanover for post graduate work, while Guy Mehlhorn '37 has moved to Baltimore, Bill Breitinger '37 has enlisted as a Flying Cadet in the Army Air Corps and is receiving advanced training at Randolph Field. Jim Rick '31l has been appointed by the governor to head one of the local tire rationing boards, and latest reports indicate he is putting a lot of time into the job.
We take this opportunity to welcome Lester Terry '39 to our group. Les lives at 737 Northampton St., Easton.
Our next meeting will be held in Reading on or about March 13th. This will be a dinner-meeting at which we will elect officers for 1942-43. We also expect to have Philip Chase '07 with us for a talk. Mr. Chase is the newest member of the Alumni Council from this area and is in an excellent position to give us a picture of the various activities supervised by the Council.
We are also angling to get Johnny Mullen '38 to tell us about life in the Cavalry. Johnny is an officer in the governor's troop at Indiantown Gap.
