It's a long time since the Class has heard anything from Harlan W. Wood but a note from Charlie Milham advises that at the annual meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Virginia, held in Richmond in March, he was elected president. Harlan is Manager of traffic personnel for the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company.

At the annual meeting of the Class Treasurers held in Hanover this Spring Norm Russell was elected a member of the Executive Committee. Norm would like to hear from all who have not yet paid their class dues.

Ned Oakford was in a very serious auto accident last summer and his spine was so badly injured that he is unable to walk.

Any member of the Class who gets to Hanover should visit the Paul room in the Baker Library and see the excellent painting of Ike, which hangs on the wall.

In spite of the heavy burden Nat is carrying as Illinois Salvage Director and the many interests Harold Rugg has in Hanover, the two of them have done a great job in connection with the Alumni Fund.

The Class will be sorry to learn of the death of Esther Pierce on Easter Sunday. Esther was a faithful attendant at all the Class reunions and could always be counted on to do her share in making our reunions a success. We certainly will miss her.

Announcement has just been received of the marriage of Winifred Whitemore to Frederick T. Kneisel on June 28th, 1942.

Barbara Redman was married on April 18th, 1942 to Sam Horwit and is living on a 300-acre farm on the Hudson River, near Hudson, New York.

Paul Hagberg's new address is 2037 East 81st Street, Chicago, Illinois.

Leonard Gerould is now living at 716 Hulem Way, Wilkinsburg, Pa.
