Election of officers for the five-year period until our 25th reunion in 1949 are announced by Jeff Adams and the retiring executive committee. Spud Spaulding has been named chairman of the class. Dick Henry, who is currently operating the annual fall dues campaign, is treasurer. Mike Watkins will head up the important drive for the Alumni Fund next spring as class agent. Another key man in 1924 affairs for the next five years will be Fred Shaneman, chairman of the 25th Reunion Gift Committee and Ax Coffin will head the committee in charge of making plans for the big 1949 reunion.

You will note at the head of this column the name of your secretary, Jim White, whobegin his series of class notes columnswith the next issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE. Please send news items to him. Plans for football game gatherings this fall are being made and will be announced in a special mailing, to the class soon.

The above officers were elected as a result of nominations made to the nominating committee by the class and subsequent balloting by the executive committee acting in behalf of the entire class in the absence of a reunion last June. The 20th reunion was postponed until after the war when there will be a great home-coming weekend in Hanover with celebration of postponed reunions.
