Lest there be any misunderstanding as to the authorship of the excellent profile on Bob Booth in last month's column, we wish to proclaim to all and sundry that the magic initials—F.H.H.—should have been appended to the article, but were not, through printers' error.
The profile originally scheduled for this issue is being postponed for a bit because I found quite an accumulation of news items and bits of information regarding the boys that it seemed to be about time to go visiting again.

Dan's local activities include chairman of the local War Fund drive, ration board member, plane spotter, etc.

Back in February Charlie Hart sought nomination to the Southbridge school committee. Scouts have not advised your correspondent Of the outcome as yet. He is a past commander o£ the local American Legion post, is vice chairman of the town Public Safety committee and is a member of various other city and charitable groups.
And hearty congratulations to Gene Hotchkiss upon his election to the Alumni Council from District III! 1922 takes deep pride in the distinction accorded one of its best known members! His untiring work for Dartmouth, his unfailing friendships for Dartmouth men, and his unswerving loyalty to the college, all have tended to make his election for this fugh post a fitting reward for his energies. Three cheers and a skoal for you, boy!
Didn't the picture of those floating duck boards on last month's cover give you a slight nostalgic feeling for Hanover Plain?
