Tom Ham spent the summer months with one of his sons in Brookline, Mass. He returned to his residence at 47 Bubier Road in Marblehead early in September.
Hike Eldred writes that he went to New Brunswick early in the season for salmon fishing. Swiftly rising water of flood proportions drove him out the first day in camp. Therefore, no fish.
Word has been received of the death of the mother of Phil Young's widow in Bucksport, Maine. Mrs. Young now makes her home in Maine.
At this writing (Sept. 8) your secretary is looking over his rods—flies and fishing tackle in preparation for a two weeks' trip in the Rangeley Lakes Region. He will be satisfied if the realization of the trip is only a small fraction of the anticipation.
