Concerts Listed

THE 1947-48 Concert Series sponsored by the Council on Student Organizations will open November 12 with Charles L. Wagner's production of Puccini's opera, Madame Butterfly.

The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Eric Leinsdorf will give a concert December 13 in Webster Hall. In the afternoon of the same day the Rochester Civic Orchestra, composed of Philharmonic personnel, will present a program for school children.

Other concerts will be: Jan. 14, dePaur Infantry Chorus led by Leonard dePaur; Feb. 20, Whittemore and Lowe, pianists; and March 17, Helen Traubel, Wagnerian soprano.
