It was sad to say "Farewell" to Dan C.Richardson who passed away in Concord, N. H., on January 31, after a long period of ill health.
The final services were held on February 2 in Rollins Chapel, dear to the heart of Dan during his long sojourn in Hanover following his retirement. The secretary represented the class and was asked to be one of the honorary bearers. His remains will be placed in the cemetery in Waterbury, Vermont. In Memoriam contains a sketch of Dan by his classmate and fellow Deke, Robert L. O'Brien.
In the Sunday Herald of January 19 appeared a somewhat laudatory letter from one Daniel L. Smith; subject "Let Curley Serve."
D. L. tells the secretary he is engaged in "title work" for the City of Boston.
