After a silence of two years we have learned that Philbrook has sold his home in Santa Cruz, Calif., and gone to live with his daughter in Los Angeles. Mrs. Philbrook, who had been attending to his correspondence, died suddenly about two years ago. Though we have not heard from the Doctor directly, we learn that he is in good health.

We shall greatly miss Mrs. Leslie P. Snow from our diminishing circle. She died August 3.1 at the age of 85 after a brief illness at her home in Rochester, N. H. After the death of her sister, the first Mrs. Snow, she married Leslie when his two sons, Conrad and Leslie, were infants and has been the only mother these distinguished sons have ever known. She was very prominent in social welfare activities, was State Regent of the D.A.R., and a warm-hearted and gracious lady. She attended every reunion of the Class that the secretary can remember, even after Judge Snow's death, and including our 60 th.

Your secretary made a farewell call on NedRoss before leaving Vermont in September. Ned was doing wonderfully well, but Mrs. Ross was not at all well.

The Newtons are back in Winter Park, Fla. for the winter. The University Club, of which Billy was a great promoter and organizer while its secretary, has just gone into a new $60,000 club house. Mrs. Newton writes, "It is difficult for him (Billy) to rest, as you know."
