New Center Chairman

RUDOLPH F. HAFFENREFFER '25 and Osmun Skinner '28 have been added to the list of regional chairmen for the Hopkins Center Project. Haffenreffer heads the Rhode Island region, succeeding Rupert Thompson '28. Skinner will be in charge of a new region which is based at Elmira, N. Y., where an alumni club has recently been formed. It includes five counties in northern Pennsylvania and six in southern New York.

During January, regional committees in Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Wilmington met and inspected the model of the Hopkins Center.
